Our Warranty Policies
We stand behind the quality of our repairs, replacement parts, and pre-owned device sales. Our warranty policies are designed to give customers confidence that defective parts, installation issues, and qualifying device defects will be handled professionally and at no additional cost when covered under warranty.
Lifetime Warranty on New Screens
All new screen replacements include a free lifetime warranty covering defects in the screen and installation under normal use. If the screen experiences issues related to defective parts or workmanship, we will replace the screen and install the replacement at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover any physical damage caused after repair, including cracks, chips, pressure damage, deep scratches, liquid damage, impact damage, bent frames, or damage caused by dropping the device. Any screen that has been tampered with, opened, altered, or repaired by another party after our service will void the warranty.
Devices with existing frame damage or structural issues may not qualify for warranty coverage if those conditions contribute to screen failure.
90-Day Warranty on Batteries, Speakers, Cameras & Small Parts
All batteries, speakers, cameras, charging ports, and other small parts installed by our company include a 90-day warranty covering defective parts and installation issues under normal use.
If a covered part fails due to a defect during the warranty period, we will replace the part and install the replacement at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, tampering, or issues caused by the customer after installation. Any damage to the device or repaired component caused after service may void the warranty coverage.
30-Day Guarantee on Pre-Owned Device Sales
All pre-owned devices sold by our company include a 30-day guarantee covering defects in the device and software-related issues under normal use. If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we will inspect the device and replace the item at no additional cost if the issue is determined to be a defect not caused by the user.
This guarantee does not cover cracked screens, physical damage, liquid damage, accidental drops, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, tampering, or any damage caused after purchase. Devices that have been altered, opened, or repaired by another party after sale may void the guarantee.
All warranty claims must be inspected and approved by our technicians before replacement is provided.
