These Repair Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) apply to all repair services (the “Services”) provided by King Cellular LLC (“King Cellular,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your use of our Services and our website located at https://www.kingcellularkc.com (the “Website”).

By requesting Services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Definitions

• “Device” means the eligible phone, tablet, laptop, or other electronics you bring to us for Service.

• “Service Authorization & Estimate” means the receipt or written authorization you approve before repair, which describes the Services and estimated costs.

• “You,” “Your” means the customer requesting Services.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Website and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that Policy.

3. Representations

By submitting a Device for repair, you represent that:

• You are the owner or authorized user of the Device.

• You authorize King Cellular LLC to perform the requested Services.

• Any data or information you provide is not confidential or proprietary to a third party.

4. Scope of Services

Our Services may include inspection, repair, replacement of parts, unlocking, data recovery, and related support. Parts used may be new, rebuilt, refurbished, or non-original. Repairs performed by King Cellular LLC may void a manufacturer’s warranty.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for backing up and securing all data on your Device before Service.

• King Cellular LLC is not responsible for loss, corruption, or compromise of data, software, or files during Service.

• You agree to remove SIM cards, memory cards, or accessories before Service.

6. Warranty

• Most repairs come with a 90-day limited parts and labor warranty.

• This warranty does not cover accidental damage (drops, liquid damage, misuse) occurring after repair, nor issues caused by third-party tampering.

• Warranty coverage is non-transferable.

7. Abandonment of Devices

Devices not picked up within 60 days of Service completion may be considered abandoned and become the property of King Cellular LLC, subject to applicable law.

8. Replacement & Responsibility

While in our possession, we will take reasonable care of your Device. If your Device is lost or damaged due to our fault, we may, at our discretion, repair it or replace it with a device of similar kind and quality (which may be refurbished).

9. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time Services are completed.

• All repair sales are final. No refunds are provided once parts are installed.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from King Cellular LLC about your repair status, appointments, and limited promotional offers.

• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• We do not sell or share your number with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

King Cellular LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or device failure beyond the cost of the Service performed. Our total liability will not exceed the price paid for the Service.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally with King Cellular LLC. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or small claims court in Johnson County, Kansas. You waive any right to jury trial or participation in class actions.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting them on our Website. Continued use of our Services after updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
